We design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, level AA, the standard Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act incorporates. That includes keyboard access to every control, visible focus, text alternatives, sufficient color contrast, and no information carried by color alone.

The animated building on the home page is decorative. It stops when it scrolls out of view, and if your device asks for reduced motion it is shown as a still image.
