Software built by a contractor, for contractors

We built these to run our own contracts: one to find and win federal work, one to deliver it. Each has its own site where you can sign up.

Paralynx

Federal contracting intelligence platform

Find, price, propose and deliver federal work from one place.

  • Find. Searches federal and District of Columbia solicitations, scores each against your capture profile, and flags contracts coming up for recompete.
  • Price. A cost workbook covering labor, materials, subcontracts, travel and other direct costs, built on your own burden rates.
  • Propose. Builds the compliance matrix from the solicitation and drafts responses from your company history, with color-team reviews.
  • Deliver. Schedules, crew assignments, a deliverables register and cost against budget once the contract is awarded.

Paralynx Desktop

Windows desktop edition of Paralynx

A government contractor's whole bid lifecycle on one Windows computer: find the work, decide, price, propose, and run the contract after award.

  • Find the work. Searches SAM.gov for your NAICS codes on launch and every six hours, scores each notice for fit and explains the score. Ask in plain English instead of building filters. Solicitation Watch flags moved deadlines, amendments and set-aside changes on every open pursuit, and Recompete Radar ranks contracts ending soon from USASpending.gov, labeled as leads, not guarantees.
  • Read a notice in minutes. An AI summary of the scope, brands named, key dates copied exactly as printed, evaluation basis, contacts and the items not to miss, read from the notice and its attachments. Start a new opportunity from the solicitation file itself, including scanned PDFs.
  • Decide the Shipley way. A pipeline board and dashboard by Shipley phase, with win rate and bid rate kept separate because a no-bid is not a loss. A bid/no-bid scorecard with hard go/no-go gates and eight weighted factors, decision gates recorded with who decided and why, and a capture plan.
  • A full government cost buildup. Labor, materials and a bill of materials, subcontractors, travel, other direct costs, fringe, overhead, G&A and profit across base and option periods, calculated exactly to the cent. Wage-determination lookup for Davis-Bacon and the Service Contract Act, labor-rate and price-book libraries, import of your own Excel pricing for side-by-side checking, and export to Excel.

Field Tech

Field service management for security contractors

Customer ticketing and preventive maintenance on one site record.

  • Ticketing customers can use. A portal where each customer sees only their own sites and submits service calls against a specific device. Every new ticket notifies a recipient list you set globally or per site.
  • Response clocks that match the contract. Each call is marked emergency or non-emergency at intake, which starts the response and completion clocks the statement of work requires, measured against the Federal holiday calendar.
  • Schedules from real equipment. Contract frequency sets how often a technician visits. The installed device inventory and each device type's service interval set what gets inspected.
  • Every device is an asset. Make, model, serial, firmware, network details, location, warranty and full service history for each device.
